Looking back and facing forward

The work year seemed to whizz by, with lots of great teams and individuals to coach in 2019. It was a pleasure to be part of the coaching team on cohort 6 of the award-winning NVS Partners programme. It was a privilege to work with two more OnPurpose Associates in their year of career transition.

I also completed a benchmarking study for an inter-governmental training body, to be published soon (I hope); and designed and delivered development programmes in Germany, Denmark, Spain and the UK.

2020 is going to be a year of change for organisations and teams. I'm working with Dr Glenn Wallis and David Pilbeam on a methodology to help newly-formed teams to get up to speed quickly; will be collaborating again with Liz Beck and the Aspiring team; and look forward to working again alongside Anton McBurnie and with Rod Willis, helping teams to tackle growth and change. You are all brilliant people to work with, which makes the job easier for me and more effective for the teams we are lucky to be asked to work with.

I am sure 2020 will also continue to see plenty of individual transition, as people have to get to grips with new or changed roles or seek the next thing in their working lives. If I can help in any way, let me know. It's what I'm here to do.
