I was delighted to join Jo Keeler and Deborah McGovern of Belbin Associates, along with Chris Jackson, at a webinar to share our thoughts, insights and experiences on a subject central to the work all four of us are passionate about – leadership of (and in) teams.
We debated if team leaders can 'do it all' and whether there is an ideal 'type' of leader. We also discussed the role of feedback in developing self-awareness, and how leaders can future-proof their teams, boost engagement and drive high performance.
